In 2012 Farinera Coromina started a key project for artisan bakers. Today, Le Fournil de Can Trull has become a reference worldwide.

Created and led by our renowned head baker and Innovation Manager, Jérôme Foulquier, artisan bakers have access to top-level formation in baking and innovative products and processes. Thanks to our courses, bakers will discover a new world of revolutionary flours, work processes such as the use of levain, and most importantly learn to achieve these final products that will lead to the differentiation the artisan baker nowadays needs.
