The Farine de Seigle T170 is Moulin de Colagne’s wholemeal stone-ground rye flour, renowned for its high quality and high extraction rate.

It can be used on its own or blended with other flours to create a wide variety of products, including wholemeal bread, dark breads (pains noirs), rye bread (pains de seigle), as well as crepes, cakes, cookies, waffles, sauces, and any other customized creations.
