In 2012, Farinera Coromina inaugurated a key project for artisan bakers, the Can Trull Bakery, which has now become a reference for artisanal baking nationwide.

Conceived and led by one of the world’s top trainers, Jérôme Foulquier, the technical director of Farinera Coromina, we have always been committed to innovation and off ring top-level training to strengthen the figure of the artisan baker.

We are pioneers in developing new flours that meet the needs of customers and the market, as well as in organizing training sessions to learn and master new working techniques and create artisanal products with the highest quality raw materials.
