Commitment to Artisan Baking: Renewing Our Partnership with the Spanish Artisan Baking Team
Once again, Farinera Coromina and Moulin de Colagne have renewed our sponsorship of the Spanish Artisan Baking Team Selección Española de Panadería Artesana), an initiative promoted by CEOPPAN (Spanish Confederation of Bakery Organizations).
The agreement was signed on 23 March with the participation of Luis Coromina, General Manager of Farinera Coromina; Jean Pierre Constans, General Manager of Moulin de Colagne; and Félix Mestre Rius, President of CEOPPAN (Confederación Española de Organizaciones de Panadería).
With this renewal, we continue to strengthen a strategic partnership aimed at supporting the development and professionalisation of the baking profession in Spain. Both companies reaffirm their commitment to a style of baking built on quality, expertise and respect for raw materials, in line with their long-standing dedication to the artisan sector.
Our support for the Espigas project remains essential in promoting the value of artisan baking and supporting its evolution towards higher standards of quality, innovation and training.
