Tritordeum flour

Tritordeum flour comes from the Tritordeum cereal, also known as the “golden cereal.” It is a locally sourced Mediterranean grain, naturally bred (without genetic modification) from the cross between durum wheat (Triticum durum) and a wild barley variety (Hordeum chilense).

Tritordeum flour is rich in oleic acid, a healthy fat that helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases. It also contains high levels of antioxidants like lutein, a pigment that benefits eye health, protects the skin from sun damage, and helps prevent premature aging. Additionally, its high fiber content supports good intestinal health.
